POSTPARTUM DOULA
The arrival of a new baby is a huge transition for the whole family. Our Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care specialists are here to guide and support you through these first few weeks and months at home, as you get to know the newest member of your family. Services include hands-on baby care, breastfeeding support, baby care tips and techniques, infant sleep support, and postpartum care support, where we specialize in both overnight and daytime services.
BIRTH DOULA
The birth of a child is an experience unlike any other and our Birth Doulas are here to ensure that the experience is a joyful one. Your birth doula is committed to your overall well-being prior to your little one’s arrival by making sure you are prepared, cared for, and supported every step of the way. They will provide emotional and physical support and comfort during labor and delivery and in the hours after birth. All our birth doulas support all birthing options without bias or agenda.
SLEEP CONSULTING
Do you need more sleep? Are you struggling to get your little one to sleep through the night, stay on a consistent schedule, or drop night feedings? Our Certified Infant Sleep Consultants can help! With personalized sleep plans unique to each family and each child, our Certified Sleep Consultants use a variety of sleep coaching tips and methods to ensure your family will be getting the sleep you need in no time at all!
LACTATION CONSULTANTS
Our Lactation Consultants work with each mother to help them reach their own personal breastfeeding goals. With hands-on help with everything from positioning baby, latch problems, over or under-supply issues, and preparing for the transition to work and learning to pump, our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants are here to guide you through your breastfeeding journey.
